The Big Idea

I was excited to shoot a video campaign for Olay, and needed the perfect space that would provide an interesting, but also clean, background. Ample, natural light was also key. This warehouse studio in Potrero had just the vibe I was looking for.

Transforming the Space

We were allowed to move things around how ever we needed for our shoot, and I used the chic indoor pool, comfy couch, and minimalist dining area as my three different sets. The high ceilings and gorgeous light made shooting in this space a breeze!

Travel always inspires me. Whether it’s a trip abroad or just getting out of my own neighborhood in SF, experiencing new places, food, and people gets my creative juices going.

How do you balance being full time at Google and running a blog?

That is probably the number one question I receive about my blog! Honestly, it’s not easy, but I manage it by being super efficient, setting priorities, and taking care of myself physically and mentally so I can perform at my best.
